With Tight-Fit ¾ in. Series, users can corner round into tight areas, such as 90° inside corners. Tools can also be used to put radius on edge of small holes or around entire surface of slot. Available with TiALN coating or uncoated, units come with one holder and 4 radii inserts including 1/32 in., 1/16 in., 2 mm, and 1/8 in.

New Tight-Fit Series Expands DatumPoint Corner Rounding Tools
TROY, MICHIGAN - Datum Point Tool, Inc. of Troy, Mich., added a new tight-fit line-up to its line of corner rounding tools. This patented series allows the user to corner round into tight areas, such as 90º inside corners. The tools can also be used to put a radius on the edge of small holes or around the entire surface of a slot.
The new 3/4" series comes with one holder and four radii inserts including 1/32 (.031), 1/16 (.062), 2mm (.078) and 1/8-inch (.125).
The tight-fit series is stocked with TiALN coating or uncoated.
All DatumPoint corner rounding tools offer feeds and speeds as much as 20 times faster than conventional corner rounding tools while boasting significantly longer tool life.
