Featuring tolerances to 0.0002 in. on length and 0.00005 in. on diameters, pins can be made from all common tool, stainless, and exotic steels. They can be nitrided, TiN coated, and hard chrome plated to meet wear requirements. Units are suited for molds in luer taper components, catheters, syringes, and valve assemblies.
