Delivering 450 lb-ft of torque, M18 Cordless High Torque Impact Wrench 2662-22 has ˝ in. anvil with detent pin to promote socket retention, while 2663-22 has ˝ in. anvil with friction ring to allow for one-handed socket changes. They measure 8 7/8 in. long, and operate at 0-2,200 ipm and 0-1,900 rpm. MILWAUKEE, WI - Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation expands its LITHIUM-ION system with the new M18 Cordless ˝" High Torque Impact Wrenches. Featuring industry leading power in a compact size, the new additions have longer run-time and faster driving speed than the competition.
"Our product development process starts with researching customer needs," says Rick Gambaccini, Sr. Product Manager-Cordless of Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation. "Users want more power in a smaller and lighter size. With this request in mind, we have delivered new impact wrenches that will provide the power they need for heavy-duty applications and the size they want for more control and less fatigue."
Delivering 450 ft-lbs of torque, the ˝" models lead the industry in power by up to 80%. At only 8-7/8" in length and 6.75 lbs, the M18 Cordless ˝" High Torque Impact Wrenches are up to 1-7/8" shorter and up to 1lb lighter than any other tool in their class.
The two ˝" models vary only in their anvil types. The 2662-22 has a ˝" anvil with detent pin to achieve superior socket retention, while the 2663-22 has a ˝"anvil with friction ring for quick and easy one-handed socket changes. Although the ˝" anvils are used in a variety of ways, many common applications fall in the mechanical, industrial construction, and automotive industries.
