Coolant Nozzle fits machines and toolholders.
November 28, 2001 - BlackEye has threaded hole which can be plugged with setscrew, making it suitable for toolholders with ports that occasionally need plugging. Nozzles are easy-to-aim replacement for brass balls which often move out of position while tightening lock-screw. To install, tighten lock-screw, then aim swiveling stainless steel ball with tip of Allen wrench. Rated to 150 psi, they are available in sizes to fit almost every machine or toolholder.

The BlackEye coolant nozzle is now available with a threaded hole which can be easily plugged with a setscrew. They are ideal for toolholders that have multiple ports that occasionally need
plugging. These nozzles are an easy-to-aim replacement for brass balls which often move out of position while tightening the lock-screw. Just install and tighten the lock-screw once, then aim the swiveling stainless steel ball with the tip of your allen wrench. Rated to 150 psi, they are available in sizes to fit almost every machine or toolholder.
