Designed for users without coolant through tools, ER Coolant Flush Disk can direct coolant down shaft to cutting tip of endmill to promote efficient chip removal. These Swiss-quality disks, offered in standard and metric sizes from .125-.75 in. and 3.0-20.0 mm, are equipped with long nose that acts as directional spray nozzle. Products are fully compatible with all REGO-FIX collets and coolant nuts and can be interchanged with sealing disks according to required tool shank diameter.

Indianapolis, Indiana, April 3, 2008 - REGO-FIX® has developed the ER Coolant Flush Disk for users without coolant through tools. Equipped with a long nose that acts like a directional spray nozzle, the Swiss-quality flush disks are able to direct coolant down the shaft to the cutting tip of an endmill for extended tool life, efficient chip removal and improved results.
