Compatible with all 100TG chucks, Series 100TG-OH features one-piece design with short slots that prevent coolant from reaching face of collet, eliminating need for rubber or silicone seals, and minimizing loss of accuracy associated with multi-piece designs. Collets are available from 15/64-1 in. in 1/64 in. increments and metric sizes from 6-26 mm.

100TG-OH Coolant Collets Seal Up to 1,000PSI
Franklin, TN, December 1, 2005 -- NT Tool Corporation has introduced a full line of
patented 100TG Coolant Collets that deliver coolant to the tool up to a maximum pressure of 1,000PSI.
These collets feature a one-piece steel design with short slots that prevent coolant from reaching the face of the collet. This eliminates the need for rubber or silicone seals, allowing for greater coolant pressure. NT's patented one-piece design also reduces the loss of accuracy traditionally associated with multi-piece designs, and since there are no components to wear out, collet life is increased.
NT Tool's 100TG-OH Coolant Collets are compatible with all manufacturers' 100TG
chucks. 100TG-OH Coolant Collets are available in inch sizes from 15/64" to 1" in 1/64"
increments. Metric collets are available in standard sizes from 6mm to 26mm.
