Designed for light- to medium-duty applications, 2200 Series offers perforated bed plate option on conveyors 12 in. or wider to accommodate cooling and draining applications. Conveyors include instant belt tensioning and V-guide bed plate for positive belt tracking. Offered in lengths from 18 in. to 18 ft, conveyors feature load capacity up to 80 lb, belt speeds up to 276 fpm, and belt widths from 1.75-24 in.

Dorner's 2200 Series Comes With New Perforated Belt Option for Cooling and Draining Applications
HARTLAND, Wis., (Feb. 4, 2008) - When it comes to versatility - nothing beats Dorner's 2200 Series Conveyor.
Designed for light- to medium-duty applications, the 2200 Series now comes with a new feature to better accommodate cooling and draining applications - a perforated bedplate.
The 2200 Series with perforated bedplate option is ideal for applications where the product needs to be cooled. Pre-manufactured holes in the bedplate allow air to naturally flow through the frame and bedplate of the conveyor, cooling passing product. The conveyor can also be hooked up to a vacuum to supply additional air through the bedplate.
Another useful feature of the perforated bedplate is that with applications calling for either liquid to be sprayed on passing items or items that are damp from a previous process, the pre-manufactured holes allow moisture to properly drip through the modular plastic belt and bedplate without the worry of collecting inside the frame.
The perforated bedplate option is available on 2200 Series conveyors with a width of 12 inches or wider.
The low profile 2200 Series is designed to fit in tight spaces and is ideal for applications such as: high performance conveying, streamlined machine interface, small parts transfer, accumulation, high temperatures and sharp parts handing.
