Wire Belt Announces New TC-327 Conveyor Belting

Engineered to cool tortillas.

Wire Belt Company of America, a leading developer of advanced belting solutions, introduces TC-327, a new conveyor belt developed specifically for the tortilla industry. Engineered to cool tortillas, Wire Belt's TC-327 comes with a two-year belt life guarantee.

Like all Wire Belts, TC-327 is made of stainless steel, so it will take the heat and allow tortillas to fully cool. Unlike plastic modular conveyor belts, the surface of TC-327 is 76% open, allowing for excellent convection and air flow in a tortilla cooling conveyor line. TC-327's stainless steel design will not stretch, sag, or create a fire hazard in high heat operations.

TC-327 is engineering exclusively with C-CureEdge(TM) to enhance safety in the production environment. C-CureEdge's closed loop ends minimize the risk of accidents caused by sharp open ends.

Packaged with Wire Belt's EZSplice(TM) system, TC-327 comes complete with EZSplice pliers kit and sprockets. EZSplice extends the life of belts by eliminating weak points caused by the bending and weaving of a traditional splice into the belt.
