TAOS, Inc. Announces New Light-to-Frequency Converter That Combines High Sensitivity with Ultra-Low Dark Signal
The TSL2237 Light-to-Voltage Converter from Texas Advanced Optoelectronic Solutions, Inc. (TAOS) is capable of sensing ultra-low light levels undetectable by most silicon-based sensors. The TSL237 is available in a 3-pin Side Looker (S) package. The TSL237 is especially well suited for applications that require high resolution, low-light level measurements, and good temperature stability. Such applications include automotive sensors, color calibration for computer monitors, densitometers, laser printers, lighting control, camera exposure control and medical pulse oximetry systems in addition to consumer- and industrial-level smoke/particle sensors.
