Comprised of card reader, receipt printer, data recorder, and memory package, MonsterTrack logs Honey Monster(TM) Septage Receiving System use and controls receiving machinery. Control system enables discharge times of 5-10 min and lets drivers initiate entire process with one swipe of their access card. Operator ID, discharge quality, total gallons, pH, and electronic billing data can be transferred via included CompactFlash® card or optional RS232 connection.

New Controller Package Manages your Septage Receiving Area
Costa Mesa, CA - Ready to gain control over your septic receiving area? JWC Environmental introduces the high-tech MonsterTrack control system which tracks system use, controls receiving machinery and records data. This high-tech controller helps make JWC's Honey Monster(TM) Septage Receiving System more efficient, with quick discharge times of 5-10 minutes, plus the driver can initiate the entire process with a swipe of their access card-no plant personnel needed.
MonsterTrack includes a card reader, receipt printer, data recorder and CompactFlash® Memory package. To start the process drivers simply connect, swipe their card and start the flow, MonsterTrack takes care of the rest. The system stores data such as: operator ID, discharge quality, total gallons, pH, electronic billing data and more. The recorded data is stored in raw text or ASCII format and can be transferred via the system's CompactFlash card or an optional RS232 serial connection. This data can be imported into the operator's own tracking software or via a tracking template provided by JWC. Data may also be imported into the user's own software for processing.
The Honey Monster is an automated septage receiving system which grinds, screens and cleans flow before it enters the treatment process. The Honey Monster removes difficult to handle solids down to 6mm, such as rags, rocks, clothing and metal, before it has a chance to damage downstream equipment. MonsterTrack is an option available with JWC's receiving systems, such as the Honey Monster(TM).
