Supervisors can set retrieval speed, flow of speed, and operator specific accessibility to individual trays. New KardexRemstar Controls 3000 provides organizations with ease of use and functionality. The new standard control system can improve inventory management with transaction visualization, speed parameters and restricted accessibility.
Controls 3000 OP Graphic HMI (Human-Machine Interface) offers simple menu button and drop-down menus, 5.7" color display, ¼ VGA with full graphics capability, and a numeric membrane keyboard with functional and navigation keys.
Used in conjunction with KardexRemstar automated storage and retrieval equipment such as horizontal and vertical carousels and Vertical Lift Modules users can select the storage location of items through the Controls 3000 keyboard. With a simple click of a button, C3000 brings bin or shelves down to the operator. Operators can also see the progress of their transaction within the storage system on the control screen.
Supervisors have the ability to set specific options including retrieval speed, flow of speed and operator specific accessibility to individual trays. By setting speed parameters it allows sensitive or unstable products to be handled in the same system as other materials, increasing system throughout and productivity.
