September 1, 2011 - Designed to handle cartons and other smooth-bottom unit loads, 4-strand Valu-Lift(TM) consists of lightweight interlocking molded polymer flights with steel connecting pins. Conveyor lifts at max speed of 118 fpm and can operate in up, down, or reversible mode. Standard net lifting heights range from 8-14 ft, and maximum unit load is 21 in. L x 16 in. W x 22 ft H. For safety, current sensing relay instantly shuts down conveyor if it is overloaded.

Economical Vertical Lift from TKF Designed for Loads up to 50 Pounds


CINCINNATI, OH - The Valu-Lift(TM) vertical lift is a light-duty, 4-strand, continuous lift, light-duty conveyor designed to handle cartons and other smooth-bottom unit loads up to 50 pounds. It offers economical modular construction and a patented platform designed specifically for efficient high-speed operation, low maintenance and simplified and quick assembly.

The unique platform design consists of simple, lightweight interlocking molded polymer flights with steel connecting pins and lifts at a maximum speed of 118 fpm. The conveyor can operate in up, down or reversible mode.

Standard net lifting heights range from 8' to 14' with customized heights available. The Valu-Lift's maximum unit load is 21" long, 16" wide and 22' high with a weight of 50 lbs. The minimum unit load without special transitions is 10" long x 4" wide x 1 ½" high with a weight of 3 lbs.

Standard safety features include a 24 volt DC control, a current sensing relay, which instantly shuts down the conveyor if it is overloaded, totally enclosed shroud-type tunnel guards and a smooth, clean design.
