Featuring a proprietary, abrasive mesh strip design, the new Continuous Belt Cleaner accesses difficult-to-reach areas directly under the ironer rolls to remove large amounts of dirt, lint, grime, wax and other contaminants that have accumulated over long periods of time. By delivering a deep chest cleansing far in excess of common cleaning cloths, the new Continuous Belt Cleaner promotes high quality finishing and peak ironer performance and is intended only for annual or quarterly ironer cleaning or whenever the ironer padding is to be replaced.
The new Continuous Belt Cleaner includes an adjustable, Velcro-based attachment system that allows the length of the ironer cleaning cloth to be extended or shortened based on the roll diameter, number of ironer rolls and other factors to accommodate nearly every type, make and model flatwork ironer in use worldwide. The innovative flatwork ironer CBC comes in 36" and 72" widths and is used with common metal cleaning agents for maximum cleaning performance. The Continuous Belt Cleaner was developed and is manufactured in the company's Peachtree City, Georgia facility and is available exclusively from Tingue, Brown & Co.
