Nstein Releases Editor-Centric CMS for Media Companies

WCM 4.0's editorial-friendly work environment increases productivity, automatically discovers & associates content for highest ad revenue appeal

MONTREAL, Oct. 9 -- Nstein Technologies Inc. www.nstein.com (TSX-V: EIN), a leader in digital publishing solutions for newspapers, magazines and online content providers, today announced the release of Nstein Technologies' WCM 4.0. The new release, based on publisher feedback, is designed to increase editorial productivity by providing intuitive tools for the creation and management of complex sites and microsites.

The new rollout offers a new, role-based interface for editorial teams featuring:

- Multi-site/multi-channel content management
- Out-of-the-box conversion and importation of content from popular XML formats
- Role-based configurable editorial dashboards that mirror physical workflows
- Automatic search/association of assets
- On-the-fly content association
- Real-time semantically generated tags & metadata
- Faceted Search: Advanced XML site search, topic clustering, most-rated, most viewed stories
- Search Engine Optimization Toolkit: Keyword density, friendly URLs, optimized HTML structure

The Nstein WCM (Web Content Management) platform is a powerful editorial content management system designed for publishers to quickly and easily create complex websites. With an architecture based on open-source and LAMP technologies, the platform open architecture based on declarative XML files, plug-ins and templates allow rapid creation of Websites and other Web-related deliverables such as newsletters, mobile sites, and microsites. It tightly integrates Nstein's TME (Text Mining Engine) to automatically generate semantic tags allowing editors to quickly associate content to the appropriate consumer. Presented with this semantically associated content, readers will remain on the site longer, consuming more pages and thereby increasing revenue.

WCM's user interface allows content experts to manage content from creation to distribution. It has built-in tagging and metadata management allowing easy association and bundling of content. WCM's open design easily allows integration with virtually any new type of content modules (Facebook, Twitter, forums, blogs, wikis) and other content management systems (Editorial systems, ECM, repositories), making WCM one of the most powerful and robust content management systems on the market.

"Part of our success as a company is listening to the needs of our customers and the market in general. To meet their readers' needs, publishers have a dizzying array of new dissemination channels that they need to fill with content. The key is to have a development platform that is both nimble and easy to use so you can meet those needs before someone else does," stated Luc Filiatreault, President and CEO of Nstein Technologies. "This powerful version allows publishers to gain more productivity from a slimming workforce - by improving efficiencies and focusing on core competencies."

WCM 4.0 integrates seamlessly with both TME and Nstein's DAM (Digital Asset Management System) to allow on-the-fly semantic tagging and semantic association of stories. Additionally, the open architecture allows integration with third party tools, other content management systems and repositories. Industry experts agree that semantic tagging and semantic association of content are two of the most powerful ways to increase site stickiness and relevancy for advertisers.
