United States --- Charlotte, NC - Killarney Metals is proud to release a new product: the Platform Containment System. This two-part system is designed to increase the ease and safety of transporting and storing liquid or small solid parts. Though each part is capable of being used separately, they are most commonly used together. While the elevated platform with raised grating and fork guides enables you to raise the containment to work-station level, the ramp makes the material on the platform pan easily accessible and mobile. Adding and removing materials to the pan, between workstations or receptacles for disposal, is easier with the ramp and will keep you from accidentally making a disastrous, and often costly and dangerous, accident by spilling or dripping the materials onto the workfloor. The ramp is 36 x 30 and will easily accommodate a pallet jack or cart for moving stored items.
Both the platform and ramp are engineered with 14 gauge galvanized steel to perform well within the caustic environments of the manufacturing industry. The 51" x 51" platform includes raised grating on top of a pan to form both a stable and secure standing area and enable liquid to spill into the pan below it.
