June 17, 2003 - Joined via butt fusion, Duo-Pro® Double Containment Piping System protects against potentially serious leaks and spills. It consists of carrier and containment pipes constructed of corrosion-resistant thermoplastic materials such as Polypropylene, PVDF, Halar®, and HDPE. Available in various size combinations, from ˝ in. carrier pipe to 24 in. containment pipe, pipes can be mixed and matched. Applications include chemical process and hazardous waste applications.

Asahi/America’s Duo-Pro System consists of two separate pipes (carrier and containment) constructed of corrosion-resistant thermoplastic materials, including Polypropylene, PVDF, Halar® and HDPE. With carrier piping available in sizes up to 20”, the Duo-Pro System is perfect for large systems – from industrial and process waste lines to pressurized transfer lines. For added security, the Duo-Pro System can be used in conjunction with a number of leak detection methods.
The Duo-Pro System is available in a variety of size combinations – from ˝â€ť carrier pipe to 24” containment pipe. Pipes made of Polypropylene, PVDF and HDPE can be mixed and matched. Parts are joined via butt fusion.
