Its features include: all-plastic hinges; security features suitable for securing with strapping, tie wraps, and snap-in clips; and leak-resistant lid. Deeper contoured handle allows greater access when nested. FlapNest 2115 is available in heights of 9 and 12 in. with optional features such as solid and open bottoms.

IPL Ltd., a leader in returnable plastic container innovation, introduces its new state-of-the-art FlapNest™ 2115 Series container. The nestable FlapNest 2115 has an attached lid and has been carefully designed to exceed all critical specifications for industry-standard distribution containers.

As a result of IPL's innovation and attention to detail, the FlapNest 2115 offers a superior 5-to-1 nesting ratio, increasing its quantity per 53' T/L to 6,000 units. This design improvement significantly reduces freight costs and storage space requirements.

IPL's FlapNest 2115 container features all-plastic hinges which makes for safer handling, longer life, and increased recycle value.

Advanced computer-aided design ensures the FlapNest 2115 offers superior strength and lighter weight. The FlapNest 2115's enhanced security features are ideal for securing with strapping, tie wraps, and snap-in clips.

The FlapNest 2115 offers a patented, leak-resistant lid to eliminate contamination of the container's contents. Additionally, IPL engineered the FlapNest 2115 to feature handle ergonomics that includes a deeper contoured handle with greater access when nested.

The FlapNest 2115 are available in heights of 9" and 12" with optional features such as solid and open bottoms.
