Designed to regulate downstream pressure, Cycle Gard® Constant Pressure Pump Control Valves provide constant pressure until demand in system is no longer required. They feature hydraulically operated valve requiring no electricity and help eliminate effect of water hammer. Depending on valve model, integral/external low flow by-pass allows system pressure to slowly rise under low demand and fill tank or reservoir until pressure switch setting is reached, shutting pump off.

Glens Falls, NY- Danfoss Flomatic Corporation introduces their new Cycle Gard® Constant Pressure Pump Control Valves family.
The Cycle Gard® Constant Pressure Pump Control Valves maintain a constant pressure, eliminates the pump from cycling. These valves feature a hydraulically operated valve requiring no electricity and helps eliminates the effect of water hammer, extends pump motor life, and allows for a reduced tank size. These valves automatically regulate downstream pressure and provide a constant pressure until the demand in the system is no longer required. Depending on the valve model, an integral or external low flow by-pass allows the system pressure to slowly rise under low demand and fill the tank or reservoir until the pressure switch setting is reached shutting the pump off.
