Easy-to-Use Kindorf® Universal Cone Nuts Fit All Strut Depths

New Thomas & Betts Strut Product Requires No Springs for Installation

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Kindorf® Universal Cone Nuts from Thomas & Betts slide easily into their optimal location in each channel and are equally compatible with 1 ½-inch Kindorf® and 1 5/8-inch Superstrut® strut depths. Kindorf® Universal Cone Nuts install without springs, reducing installation time and eliminating the chance of jamming in strut slots.

“One size fits all strut depths,” said Chad Smith, director, product management at Thomas & Betts, “so there’s no need to match spring lengths to strut depth to connect modular framing channels and attach accessories. There also aren’t springs that can twist and bind together in storage or in transit.”

Available in ¼-20, 5/16-18, 3/8-16 and ½-13 thread sizes, Kindorf® Universal Cone Nuts are easily identified from their distinctive blue cone. Plated in a rugged Galv-Krom® finish, they resist corrosion better than components with pre-galvanized or electroplated finishes.
