March 6, 2009 - Electrically conductive ink, 125-10, has typical sheet resistivity of 15 milliohm/square/mil and adheres to polyester, polyimide, polycarbonate, glass, and various other substrates. Applications include RFID antennas, EMI/RFI shielding, polymer thick film circuitry, and membrane switches. Nominally applied via screen-printing and syringe dispensing, other versions of 125-10 are available for flexographic, rotogravure, stenciling, and spraying processes.

Economical Electrically Conductive Silver Ink Available from Creative Materials


Tyngsboro, MA - February 15, 2009 - Creative Materials, Inc, (CMI) a leading manufacturer of electrically conductive inks, coatings and adhesives, has developed an economical silver conductive ink, 125-10, with typical sheet resistivity of 15 milliohm/square/mil. This economical ink features excellent adhesion to polyester, polyimide, polycarbonate, glass and a variety of other substrates. Unlike conventional conductive materials, CMI's economical silver conductive ink is very resistant to flexing and creasing and highlights a lower cost alternative to some of our standard conductive inks.

Applications include, but are not limited, to RFID antennas, EMI/RFI shielding, polymer thick film circuitry and membrane switches. 125-10 can be applied by screen-printing and syringe dispensing while other versions of 125-10 are available for flexographic, rotogravure, stenciling and spraying processes. CMI's economical silver conductive ink 125-10 is currently available and is customizable to suit a variety of needs.
