New Triple-Flex(TM) Ultra-High Efficiency Condensing Boilers

Bryan Steam LLC introduces the new Triple-Flex(TM) Ultra-High Efficiency Condensing "Flexible Water Tube" Boilers with guaranteed minimum thermal efficiency of 90% in worst case condensing boiler operating conditions, such as 160° return water, 180° supply water at 100% firing load. And efficiencies of 99% are achievable with lower return water temperatures as found in new building designs.

The Triple-Flex(TM) boilers fire at 3,000 MBH input, with sub 30 PPM NOx levels utilizing a hybrid metal fiber 5:1 turndown burner and Honeywell "SOLA" hydronic safety controls and interface systems. Other features include easily replaceable stainless steel flexible tubes, and a variable speed combustion air blower, along with having easy to remove access panels making the boiler interior accessible for both service and inspection.

Triple-Flex(TM) boilers are suited to deliver the industries highest ultra-high operating efficiencies with 99% in new buildings that are designed for condensing boiler conditions. However, they will also will deliver better than 90% efficiency in retrofit applications not designed for condensing boilers with old industry operating temperatures 160° return water and 180° supply water. Total high efficiency performance to meet any existing job conditions.
