Blasters Ready Jet, Inc. Receives Exclusive U.S. Patent for Mobile Non-Entry Concrete Mixer Drum Removal System
Ready JetŪ blasts away the residual concrete inside concrete mixer drums with a single-operator ultrahigh water pressure wash system, eliminating the dangerous and time-intensive job of hammering away at dried concrete by hand.
This long awaited invention safely and more effectively removes concrete debris by the use of a boom-mounted washer which is operated wirelessly from the safety of the mixer's exterior. Since no human entry into the mixer drum is required, owners no longer have to receive confined space entry permits before removing concrete from the mixers. The task of removing concrete can now be handled in a few hours without the use of jackhammers, preventing costly damage to mixer drums and blades while boosting production.
The fully mobile and self-contained Ready Jet can be transported to any sized job site or fleet lot and is designed for use in both front and rear discharge ready mixed concrete trucks. The heavy-duty industrial construction ensures use in all weather conditions. And by using only water-no chemicals needed-the Ready Jet is operator-friendly and environmentally safe.
The Ready Jet can even clean truck mixer exteriors (with optional handgun kit), improving fleet appearance and longevity.
Available for purchase or lease, the Ready Jet will pay for itself in terms of saved labor, enhanced mixer truck productivity, and reduced job-loss time due to worker injury.
Ready Jet recently have U.S and foreign patents pending, thus securing patent protection of this industry-changing invention in 141 countries under the Patent Cooperation Treaty of 1970.
