Stainless Steel WHISPERBLAST® Air Nozzle

Lechler, Inc.'s WHISPERBLAST® air nozzle line provides the following benefits for use of compressed air:

· Increased blasting power

· Reduced air consumption

· Reduced noise levels

· More precise air control

The plastic POM flat WHISPERBLAST air nozzle has been a Lechler staple for decades. It was designed to handle most industrial usage for compressed air, such as drying off parts, blowing dirt or dust off of parts or equipment, or blowing off rejected items from a conveyor. Responding to the need to supplement its line of plastic flat WHISPERBLAST® air nozzles, Lechler now introduces a 316L stainless steel version of this popular model. The stainless steel WHISPERBLAST looks and performs similarly and is as quiet as the POM model but because it is made out of stainless steel, it can withstand practically any conditions in which it is used, such as the pressures and temperatures required in steel mills and the material resistance necessary for use around heavy oils and caustic chemicals . Therefore, it can operate at higher inlet air pressures (up to 150 psi) and under much hotter temperature conditions (up to 1000ºF) than its plastic counterpart.
