IBS Releases CompliantPro Version 7.0, with Enhancements to Workflow Engine and Personalized Dashboard

web-based compliance software. CompliantPro 7.0 features an enhanced
workflow engine, designed to facilitate quicker, more intuitive response to quality
issues, and an improved executive dashboard, offering users real-time visibility
into all their upcoming tasks.
With CompliantPro, users can distribute documentation throughout their
organizations, and quickly move documents and records through the processes
of review and approval. The workflow in this release is even more configurable.
New features include a due date alarm, which notifies users about upcoming
deadlines, and a "delegate" option that makes it possible to resolve issues
quickly even when key personnel are out of the office.
CompliantPro 7.0 also features an enhanced personalized dashboard. In 7.0,
the dashboard gives users immediate access to detailed information about where
a task or document is in the workflow cycle, and why an item requires their
attention. This encourages efficient, appropriate responses from all system
users.
There are dozens of other enhancements in this release including a feature for
dynamic email translation, which eliminates language barriers and allows system
users to communicate about quality and product issues via email even across
international locations.
