October 16, 2008 - Suited for heavy-duty chemical, water, and wastewater applications, QVC and QTA Series feature socket or threaded pipe connectors, Santoprene (TPV) seats, full porting, and 150 psi pressure rating. QVC Series is offered in ½-4 in. sizes in gray or white PVC, while QTA Series comes in ½-2 in. sizes in gray or white PVC and includes socket and threaded True Union end connections. Both series, designed to fit into space-restricted areas, offer quarter-turn operation.

New QVC and QTA Series Industrial Compact Ball Valves Feature Rugged, All-Plastic Design Found on Higher Cost Ball Valves


Hayward Flow Control Systems, Clemmons, NC, a division of Hayward Industrial Products, has announced availability of a new line of compact ball valves for a wide range of heavy duty chemical, water, and wastewater applications.

QVC and QTA Series Industrial Compact Ball Valves feature a rugged, all-plastic design usually found on higher cost ball valves, socket or threaded pipe connectors, Santoprene (TPV) seats, full porting, and a 150 PSI pressure rating. QVC Series valves available in ½" - 4" sizes in gray or white PVC, QTA Series valves are available in ½" - 2" sizes in gray or white PVC, and include socket and threaded True Union end connections.

Perfect for OEM and other applications that require a reliable ball valve at an economical price, the valves provide easy quarter-turn operation and are designed to fit into spaces too small for other valves.
