Models feature power factor corrected, universal 90-264 Vac input and adjustable, single outputs from 2.5-48 Vdc. With 10 W/in.³ power density and 85% typical efficiency, RoHS-compliant series offers 0.5% line and load regulation as well as inherent protection circuitry.

Highly Compact 225W AC/DC Power Supply for Medical and ITE Applications


Power Sources Unlimited announces the NXT-225 Series of ultra small , (3" x 5" x 1.5") ac/dc power supplies which pack 225W of power into an industry leading 10W/inch3 power density, fitting easily into 1U high OEM applications or any application where space is critical.

The NXT-225 Series features a power factor corrected, universal 90-264VAC input. Eight models provide adjustable, single outputs from 2.5VDC to 48VDC, with isolated 5VDC standby power available as an option.

Efficiency is 85% typical, line and load regulation are 0.5%, and operating temperatures are up to +70ºC with airflow. Comprehensive protection circuitry is inherent in the NXT-225 design. Available options are remote inhibit/enable, cover and chassis, and single wire load sharing, Load sharing evaluation boards are also available.

Worldwide safety compliance to both EN60101-1 (Medical) and EN60950-1 (Information Technology Equipment) standards, RoHS compliance, a 2-year warranty and a high MTBF make the NXT-225 Series ideal for numerous applications.
