Teltronics, Inc. Launches its Family of Cerato(TM) VoIP Products with the Release of Cerato Small Enterprise(SE)
SARASOTA, Fla., Feb. 7 /-- Teltronics, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: TELT) , a leading provider of communications solutions, announced the release of Cerato SE, a cost-competitive and powerful converged voice and data communications system that addresses the requirements, challenges and budgets of the small business market. Cerato SE provides the capacity for integrated automated attendant, voicemail, unified messaging, and call recording, while accommodating VoIP traffic with voice compression.
Cerato SE is a compact unit with a standard or executive digital phone, or an executive VoIP phone. Both executive phone models offer an optional Button Expansion Module (BEM). As standard features, the system provides PC dialing, call routing, remote extensions, SIP trunking and remote maintenance.
The Cerato SE's advanced Automated Attendant handles customer calls professionally with interactive voice messages and menus. Internet calls from Cerato SE key sets are secure, encrypted using a highly Secure Encryption Algorithm (AES). The system comes pre-configured for ease-of-installation, utilizing a web-based interface to simplify system changes, configuration modifications and extension programming.
