New Software Includes High Performance Features and Vodavi Legacy Support; Customers Can Leverage New Capabilities While Maintaining Digital Handsets



Santa Clara, Calif.—Vertical Communications, a leading provider of business communications solutions, today announced the release of the SBX IP version 4.0. Designed to serve the sophisticated needs of small businesses that rely on dependable and seamless communications, this new software package includes a number of enhancements that support both Voice over IP (VoIP) and legacy digital technologies.



Among the improvements included in SBX IP 4.0 are a number of upgraded voice mail features, including expanded Customer Call Routing (CCR), overflow destinations and personal operator functionalities.
