EMUGE Softsynchro® Modular - the New Generation of Collet Holders for the Application on Machines with Synchronous Spindle
The new series Softsynchro® Modular combines the patented and proven technology of Softsynchro® Minimum length compensation with the requirement of flexible operations in modern manufacturing facilities.
With the modular construction are adaptations possible to tool shanks with male or female centre, length adjustments of the tool as well as different coolant-lubricant systems.
The HSK-transfer element is available for 1-channel minimum quantity lubrication system (MQL), 2-channel MQL system and standard internal coolant-lubricant system. Different length adjustment screws are available for male or female shank centre type adaptation.
These components enable and ensure a reliable, loss-free transport of coolant-lubricant from machine spindle onto the tool tip. Together with the effectiveness of Softsynchro®-Minimum length compensation technology, this unique collet holder gets the thread manufacturing process massive improved.
Two versions of the collet holder are available: the Softsynchro® Modular/MQL for MQL systems and the Softsynchro® Modular/IKZ for internal coolant-lubricant supply.
