The user can instantly spot the collet or end mill they want simply by looking at Huot's new transparent rack cover. In one simple glance, a user can locate the collet they want or even see their complete inventory. The rack can be used to store up to 72 R8 collets up to 3/4" in diameter or a mix of R8 collets and end mills in one inch and 25 mm sizes.
Made from high impact plastic with a black styrene base, the rack includes a wire back-rise stand. It tilts the entire rack forward so the user can more easily spot the desired collet or end mill. Its hard safety cover keeps valuable tools clean and sharp whsile improving worker safety.
With a base that measures only 9 1/2" by 12", the rack easily fits onto any work bench or storage shelf at a workstation, grinding room or tool crib. The rack has the same dimensions as Huot's three (3) other racks for storing end mills and collets. This allows the user to have a very economical stacking system for all their end-mills in English and Metric measurements from 1-14 inch and from 25-32 mm, and R8 and RC collets from 3/4" to 1".
