WebDialogs Announces Upgrades to Unyte(TM) -the Fastest-Growing, Most Easy-to-Use One-Click Collaboration Tool on the Internet

Billerica, Mass.-Nov. 28, 2006-WebDialogs today announced the availability of Unyte 2.0, the latest version of the Internet's most easy-to-use collaboration tool. Unyte 2.0 provides users with more advanced features for sharing documents, making presentations and running remote applications.

Upgrades to Unyte 1.0 include: the ability to annotate shared information, a new look for its user interface, support of 800X600 screen resolution, support for non-Skype users, the ability to schedule future sessions through Unyte Events and some "under-the-hood" improvements to enable Unyte to achieve even greater performance levels.

Since its launch less than a year ago, Unyte has had more than 300,000 users, both hosts and viewers, and continues to sign up hundreds of users daily as more and more people discover that working collaboratively can add a new dimension to their online experience.

"We know users are adopting Unyte because it is simple, secure and provides the right level of Web collaboration that both business users and consumers need online," said Lou Guercia, WebDialogs president and CEO. "We believe that incumbent providers, such as WebEx and Microsoft, are vulnerable in markets outside of the power user. Compared to them, Unyte has universal accessibility-making it the collaboration tool for everyone."

Unyte can turn a chat, instant message or voice call into a collaborative session instantly. With Unyte, users can securely share documents, applications or their desktop to give a presentation, demonstrate software, negotiate a contract, view a photo, fix a PC or review their child's homework while on the road. Users simply need a Web browser to host or view a Unyte session. There are no additional software or hardware requirements other than the Unyte tool itself. There are no downloads required to view a Unyte session.

Unyte is also available as part of the Skype 3.0 beta plug-in architecture. Skype users participating in the Skype 3.0 beta program simply need to select "Unyte" from the "Do More" menu to start a sharing session.

Because of its simplicity, Unyte makes real-time Web collaboration accessible for individuals and organizations large and small. Even first-time users with no technical background can install and use the application immediately-without reading through a lengthy manual or a long list of Frequently Asked Questions (although FAQs and other assistance are available).

What's more, Unyte's pricing makes it an unbeatable choice for anyone or any organization that needs to collaborate online and in real time. Unyte is free for one-to-one viewing while Unyte+ is very inexpensive-as little as half the cost of other collaborative services-for as many as 25 participants and advanced features.

New subscribers can take advantage of a free 30-day trial that includes both Unyte and Unyte+ features. After 30 days, users you can choose to upgrade to Unyte+ for a modest quarterly or annual fee, or continue to use Unyte 1:1 application viewing for free. Unyte is supported by a fully automated e-commerce system featuring PayPal and credit-card payment options.
