Super Max(TM) 8780 WS and 8790 WS incorporate wet-sandblasting system comprised of flexible 15 ft sand pickup tube, sand point, and venturi head. Both models are supplied on wheels and support chemical infusion via pressure injection. Dual- or multi-pressure selection and multi-gun operation are available options. Respectively, 8780 WS and 8790 WS are powered by 15 and 20 hp electric motors, generate pressure levels to 4,000 and 5,000 psi, and offer flow rates to 4 and 5 gpm.

Daimer Industries Announces Its Most Powerful Cold-Water, Wet-Sandblasting Pressure Washers
New electric-powered Super Max(TM) machines offer high-performance for the toughest jobs.
WOBURN, MA - June 23, 2009 - Daimer Industries, a leading manufacturer and distributor of commercial cleaning products, introduced the Super Max(TM) 8780 WS and 8790 WS cold-water pressure washers featuring wet-sandblasting systems and adjustable pressure options.
"These new electric-powered, commercial pressure washers offer a new level of performance for our sandblasting machines," said Matthew Baratta, Daimer.com spokesman. "This equipment is ideal for eliminating the worst corrosion and heaviest deposits."
The Wet-Sandblasting Systems
Each pressure washer features a wet-sandblasting system that consists of a flexible 15-foot sand pickup tube, sand point and a special venturi head, which creates a uniform blast pattern and increases the sand velocity. The wet-sandblasting machines can use a wide range of sand-grit sizes as well as different media, such as baking soda and small plastic pellets.
The wet-sandblasting kits use high-pressure water. As a result, the machines are safer than those employing compressed air, which requires the operator to wear special breathing apparatus.
The Super Max(TM) 8780 WS and 8790 WS high pressure washers offer dual- or multi-pressure selection as an option at additional cost. Multi-gun operation is also available as an option.
The Products
Super Max(TM) 8780 WS pressure washers generate pressure levels of up to 4000 psi and flow rates of up to four GPM. The machines are powered by a 15 HP electric motor. The 8790 WS pressure washers generate pressure levels of up to 5000 psi, flow rates of up to five GPM and are powered by a 20 HP electric motor.
Both of these mobile pressure washers are on wheels and include: a 25-foot, high-pressure steam hose; a three-foot trigger wand with quick disconnect; assorted nozzles; and a powder-coated steel, high gloss, chip/chemical resistant case. The machines support chemical infusion via pressure injection.
