Designed to interface with cut or cut and strip machines, fully synchronized CableCoiler 1300 features 2 high-speed coiling pans and color touchscreen. All-electric unit is virtually maintenance-free and processes cable diameters up to ½ in. Coiling diameters from 4.3-9.0 in. and coil weights up to 22 lb allow for flexible production. To assure controlled coiling process, coiling pans have anti-slip surface and coiling pins inside.

CableCoiler 1300: High Productivity
The new CableCoiler 1300 is a fully synchronized, high-speed coiler which interfaces with Schleuniger cut or cut & strip machines. Two high-speed coiling pans and a user-friendly color touchscreen make the CableCoiler 1300 a fast and efficient machine for coiling wire, cable and other round materials.
The CableCoiler 1300 achieves significantly higher production rates compared to other coiling machines on the market. Its significantly higher performance is based on a combination of high coiling speed, fast switching between the coiling pans and movements that are perfectly synchronized with the upstream processing machine. The all-electric CableCoiler 1300 is virtually maintenance-free and processes cable diameters up to ½" (12.7 mm). Coiling diameters from 4.3 - 9.0" (110 - 230 mm) and coil weights up to 22 lbs (10 kg) allow for flexible production.
The alternating process of a dual pan coiling system eliminates unproductive waiting times. While the operator is unloading a completed coil from the first coiling pan, the next coil is being produced in the second coiling pan. An anti-slip surface and coiling pins inside of the coiling pans, assure a controlled coiling process.
