Springs feature up to 4 convolutions and variable material hardness depending on application; 1- and 2-convolution springs are available with mounting bases. Resistant to chemicals, oil, and grease, springs are suited for energy management systems and other applications throughout industrial automation market.

New TecsPak Elastomer Spring (E-Spring) Line


Miner Elastomer Products Corporation is releasing their new TecsPak Elastomer Spring (E-Spring) line! Comprised of TecsPak material, these springs are 10 times more durable than rubber, 20 times more durable than polyurethane, and 50 times more durable than a steel coil spring. E-springs are 1/3 the weight of steel coiled springs.

TecsPak Elastomer springs (E-Spring) offer a lower cost of ownership than standard steel coiled springs of comparable size. E-Springs are a cost effective choice for energy management systems with superior resistance to chemicals, oil and grease. Superior durability cuts down on maintenance for increased productivity Design flexibility ranges from light loads to high end loads. Applications can be found throughout the industrial automation markets anywhere steel coiled springs are used.
