Coax connector tool works on compression-style hex F connectors in CATV installations and BNC style connectors employed for CCTV. For use in space-restricted areas, shaft size lets installer slide tool's open socket onto connector and tighten or loosen it without damaging termination. Threaded end holds F connectors during cable insertion to facilitate connector seating against dielectric. While promoting torque delivery, no-slip grip handle also reduces hand fatigue.

IDEAL Tool Quickly Connects Coaxial Cable to Equipment Used in CCTV & CATV
SYCAMORE, IL, OCTOBER 25, 2006 - Recognizing that today's datacom technicians require tools with the multi-purpose versatility to tackle virtually any type of installation, IDEAL has introduced a new coax connector tool that works on both the compression-style hex F connectors popular in CATV installations and the BNC style connectors employed for CCTV.
