New Corr-Paint CP3015-SS Stainless Steel & Ceramic High Temp Coating Now Available

Valley Cottage, NY - July 17, 2009

SUMMARY

Corr-Paint(TM) CP3015-SS, a new ultra high temperature, stainless steel and ceramic filled
coating developed by Aremco Products, Inc., is now used to coat heat exchangers, boiler
components, and exhaust headers for corrosion protection to 1500°F.

FEATURES

Aremco's Corr-Paint(TM) CP3015-SS is a new high temperature coating system used to
inhibit oxidation of carbon steel and cast iron heat exchangers, boiler components, and
exhaust headers for applications to 1500 °F.

Corr-Paint(TM) CP3015-SS is formulated using an advanced, waterborne, proprietary
silicate binder system filled with a blend of stainless steel and ceramic corrosion
inhibiting pigments. This new formulation provides exceptional high temperature
corrosion resistance on steel and cast iron substrates.

Corr-Paint(TM) CP3015-SS is a single part coating system that is supplied in a ready to use viscosity of 500-1,000 centipoises (cP) and solids of 47.0% by weight. It is applied easily using conventional spray equipment, drying to a typical film thickness of 2-3 mils. Curing for 2 hours at 200 °F plus 1 hour at 500 °F is recommended for best results. Cleanup of uncured material is accomplished easily using warm water.
Corr-Paint(TM) CP3015-SS is available from stock in pint, quart, gallon and 5-gallon pails.

Please contact Aremco's Technical Sales Department for more information about this
advanced new coating.
