Hard Shell Coalescer Elements Provide Uniform High Drainage Capability
STRONGSVILLE, OH - By incorporating a precision polymer drain layer and proprietary multi-layered media, Clark Reliance has developed a series of coalescer elements for natural gas conditioning. "Niagara Coalescer Elements" provide high performance with effective removal of particulate and aerosol mist when compared to conventional polyester and molded fiberglass media elements at greater than 0.3 micron. The elements' unique sintered polymer -drain layer features precision pore openings to enhance liquid capture. A proprietary multi-layered filtration/coalescing pleat pack also extends element life and increases removal performance of aerosol mists.
The new coalescer elements replace conventional polyester media to condition natural gas as it travels via pipeline. In addition to guaranteed efficiencies, they can provide extended service life and low pressure drop.
