DELUMPER® DC1600; Powerful Crusher with a New Dual-Shaft Intermeshing Cutter Design
The DELUMPER DC1600 Series can reduce a wide variety of solids with its unique dual-shaft intermeshing cutter design. The DELUMPER can handle dry, wet or sticky solids with a once through, non-clog crushing action. The DC1600 effectively breaks down clumps, clusters, solids, and chunks to basic grain size.
This unit employs cutters and spacers on two parallel shafts that intermesh with each another. It is available with a choice of cutters with varying thicknesses and profiles. Multiple cutting teeth on each disk process high volumes of solids with durability and low wear. The DC1600 cutter chamber dimensions measure 14.75 inches wide (375mm) by up to 50 inches in length (1270 mm). These units have an extremely low profile, measuring only 10 inches from the inlet to discharge (without a hopper). The DC1600 is provided with wide flanges for easy connection to bins, hoppers or conveyors.
The DELUMPER DC1600 employs an advanced mechanical seal system which can handle wet or dry solids or solids with liquids. An optional S25060 Automatic Reversing Control System is available.
