Featuring 16 in. deep C frame, SPOT CLINCH® 4006 P50 MAS will join up to 2 x 0.08 in., 2 x gauge 14, or 2 x 2 mm of mild steel at rate up to 100 joints/min. Stand-alone, plug-and-play machine offers Manual Approach Stroke, which uses lever to manually move piston up and down for pre-positioning tooling close to joining area, and to allow access to work pieces up to 60 mm high. Once piston is down, punch gap is below 8 mm, and foot pedal can be activated for clinching operation at full force.

ATTEXOR Clinch Systems Launches a New Clinching Stand Alone Machine
ATTEXOR Clinch Systems has developed a new stand-alone machine, cost at a highly competitive price. It will join up to 2 x 0.08” or 2 x gauge 14 or 2 x 2 mm of mild steel at a rate up to 100 joints per minute. The tool provides high force, more than 50 kN (11 Klbs) for strong joints. The deep C’frame, 16” or 400 mm, is suitable for large pieces. Very safe thanks to the long manual pre-stroke, it is multi-purpose. Plug-and-play and low-cost, it is suitable for AHR products
and many others.
