Available in pre-made bags or bulk form, 3.2 mil thick Compos-a-vacŪ 40 provides clean, transparent moisture barrier for sensitive products during transport. It exhibits puncture and tear resistance and is manufactured in clean rooms for sterility. Offered with inside dimensions from 3 x 5 in. to 36 x 24 in., bags exhibit slip and flexibility for packaging machinery adaptability. They also conform to vacuum packaged content contours and adapt for disc media and sputter targets.

Clear Plastic Film Has Protective Properties
(Manufactured in clean rooms for high sterility and clean room quality applications)
A new film laminate combines clear transparency for visibility of protected contents with low MVTR ("Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate"). Compos-a-vacŪ 40 (CAV-40) is the name of the new 3.2 mil thickness material from ITW Richmond Technology that also features:
o High clarity and moisture barrier combined in clear film
o High puncture and tear resistance, good sealability
o Outer layer displays printed graphics well for marketability or identification
o Product possesses high slip and flexibility for packaging machinery adaptability
o Easy conformation to vacuum packaged content contours
o Inner sealant layer ensures high cleanliness characteristics
o Adapts well for disc media and sputter targets
o Bags vary in size (inside dimensions from 3"wide by 5"deep to 36"wide by 24"deep
o Material is available in pre-made bags or in bulk form for conversion by others
