ITW Texwipe Announces TechniSat® High Volume Wiper for Use in Fab Construction


Mahwah, NJ - ITW Texwipe is pleased to introduce TechniSat® High Volume Wiper (TX8488), designed for use during fab construction phases 1 and 2. The TechniSat High Volume Wiper is 9" x 9" (23 cm x 23 cm) TechniCloth® material pre-wetted with the optimal amount of 0.2 µm-filtered, blended 6% semiconductor-grade IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) and 94% DIW (Deionized water) solution. The wipers are packaged in a convenient reclosable bag.

The new High Volume Wiper product is recommended for ISO Class 6 (formerly Class 1000) cleanroom environments for applications requiring low particles and extractables. This product eliminates the need to maintain squirt bottles of IPA-DIW mixtures, and frees employees from the task of maintaining and handling large volumes of flammable IPA on site. This includes all of the steps involved in ordering, receiving, tracking, storing, transporting and blending of the IPA solvent, as well as all of the tasks needed to order, store and fill squirt bottles to dispense the blended IPA-DIW mixture. TechniSat High Volume Wiper provides economic and cleanroom protocol advantages to all users.
