New and Improved Version of the 4015 Peripheral Flow Horizontal Laminar Flow Clean Bench

February 1, 2003, East Berlin, Connecticut - LIBERTY INDUSTRIES, INC., the leading manufacturer and distributor of cleanroom equipment announces a new and improved version of their 4015 Peripheral Flow Horizontal Laminar Flow Clean Bench.

The 4015 series of benches has been redesigned to provide high velocity return air intake slots along the side panels, front top and front edge of the work surface. This construction reduces the potential of a backflow of contaminated air returning into the work area. The recovered return air is then HEPA filtered before returning to the work area. The work area will be ISO-5 (Fed Std. 209E - Class 100) air filtered through either a HEPA or ULPA filter.

The 4015 is available in four, five, six and eight foot models. The least expensive 4015 Bench series is manufactured out of high-pressure plastic laminate. The benches can also be fabricated out of cold rolled painted steel, stainless steel or polypropylene. In all cases, the work surface and side panels can be manufactured out of stainless steel or polypropylene.
