Aquamaster MC-1400E removes oils, coolant, chips, and other soils transferred to part container from manufacturing and process operations. It features low elevation roller conveyor for loading and unloading of part containers up to 50 in. tall. Product guides maintain tote position through wash and blowoff sections and are adjustable from 4 to 14 in. wide.

Alliance Manufacturing Inc., Fond du Lac, WI, a manufacturer of industrial cleaning equipment introduces the "Aquamaster MC-1400E", returnable tote/dunnage cleaning system. The "Aquamaster MC-1400E" was designed for economical on site cleaning of returnable part/product containers.
The "Aquamaster MC-1400E" is designed to remove oils, coolant, chips, and other soils transferred to the part container from manufacturing and process operations. Parts/product can be returned to a clean container, thus minimizing recontamination of a clean component by a soiled tote.
The "Aquamaster MC-1400E" features an ergonomic low elevation roller conveyor for easy loading and unloading of part containers up to 50" tall. Product guides maintain tote position through wash and blowoff sections and are adjustable from 4" to 14" wide. The "Aquamaster MC-1400E" incorporates Alliance's patented Full-Access canopy to simplify equipment maintenance and process adjustment. Standard units are offered or can be custom engineered to specification. Multiple accessories are available.
