With hole design that creates solid streams that uniformly cover 252º spherical pattern around entire nozzle, BEX SN4922 Clean-In-Place nozzle can distribute cleaning solutions, rinses and air for drying all from same nozzle. It delivers water capacities from 4.6 gpm at 10 psi and up to 17.8 gpm at 150 psi, and air capacities from 14.2 scfm at 10 psi and up to 63.9 scfm at 90 psi. Unit can create spherical air pattern.

BEX® New Clean-in-Place Nozzles Reduce Cleaning
(LIVONIA, MI) - You can tell from the design, this is no ordinary nozzle. Its unique hole design creates solid streams that uniformly cover a 252º spherical pattern around the entire nozzle. BEX SN4922 Clean-In-Place nozzles can distribute cleaning solutions, rinses and air for drying all from the same nozzle.
Currently available with a ¼" thread size, the Clean-In-Place nozzle delivers water capacities from 4.6 gallons per minute (GPM) at 10 psi up to 17.8 GPM at 150 psi. Air capacities are from 14.2 cubic feet per minute (SCFM) at 10 psi up to 63.9 SCFM at 90 psi.
