Optimizing quality assurance, Advantage Wing Nut and Clamp Assembly incorporates Advantage Wing Nut with Nitronic 60 coating, which resists corrosion and includes anti-galling properties. Tip and seat are precision-machined, providing positive lock, while electro-polished clamp offers corrosion resistance and smoothes screw head. Hex end on nut and available torque wrench allow for exact calibration to meet 35 or 55 lb-in.

Eagle Stainless Container Releases Improved Advantage Wing Nut and Clamp Assembly for a More Precise, Reliable Clamping System
Eagle Stainless Container has released a new wing nut and clamp assembly which provides a more precise and reliable clamping assembly. The assembly includes the Advantage Wing Nut and Clamp. The Advantage Wing Nut incorporates a Nitronic 60 coating which resists corrosion and includes anti-galling properties. The tip and the seat are both precision machined for a perfect mate between the two, increasing the surface area and providing a more positive lock.
A hex end on the nut and available torque wrench allow for exact calibration to meet 35 in/lbs or 55 in/lbs. The electro polished clamp improves corrosion resistance and also smooths the screw head. The new clamping system provides a fast, cost effective way to improve quality assurance.
