With total mated length of 9.0 mm and ODs from 0.122-0.217 in., Circular Nano series uses mil-quality contact system to provide reliable solution in harsh operating environments. Design maintains electrical integrity while withstanding temperature variations from -55 to +125°C as well as vibration. Polarized hard gold-plated contacts are shrouded in 6-, 11-, 16-, or 28-position liquid crystal polymer housing to MIL-M-24519, making them capable of withstanding 2,000+ mating cycles.

Omnetics Launches World's Smallest Mil-Quality Circular Nano Connector
Omnetics Connector Corporation, the leading manufacturer of miniature high-rel connectors, has announced its new Circular Nano series - one of the smallest circular connector families available today that uses a mil quality contact system. With a total mated length of 9.0mm and outer diameters ranging from 3.1mm (0.122") to 5.5mm (0.217"), these small connectors provide a rugged and reliable solution in the harshest of operating environments, making them ideal for medical, military and aerospace applications.

Manufactured to ensure electrical integrity while withstanding temperature variations from -55degC to +125degC, as well as extreme vibration, the circular nano connectors feature polarised hard gold-plated contacts shrouded in Omnetics' unique liquid crystal polymer housing to MIL-M-24519, making them capable of more than 2,000 mating cycles.
Utilising Omnetics' proven Flex-Pin contact system, the circular nano connectors are spaced on 0.64 mm centrelines and are available in 6, 11, 16 and 28 position housing sizes with either pre-wired or solid straight tail terminations. Omnetics is able to supply elaborate wire harnesses, flex overmolding and custom shells as an option.
