December 17, 2002 - Vari-Screen centrifuge provides adjustable exposure of wedgewire dewatering screen area, resulting in desired product dryness for all types/configurations of metal chips. Available with motors rated from 10–25 hp, product offers capacities from 15–160 ft³/hr for cast iron, 20–200 ft³/hr for aluminum, and 25–240 ft³/hr for steel. Unit provides 550 gravities of centrifugal force and uniform feed distribution. Design offers self-cleaning, horizontal bowl.
