Powered by compressed air, Model 6193-30 Chip Vac creates direct flow action that effectively moves metal, wood, or plastic chips into user's 30 gallon drum. Dusty materials such as absorbents are trapped by 0.1 micron filter bag to keep surrounding air clean. Chip Vacuum For 30 Gallon Drums
EXAIR's new 30-Gallon Chip Vac picks up chips and delivers them to an ordinary 30 gallon drum. It can be moved from drum to drum easily to keep different materials separate for recycling. It is used to clean chips from fixtures, floors and work surfaces of machining centers, lathes, saws, mills and other industrial equipment.
The compressed air powered Chip Vac creates a powerful direct flow action that effectively moves metal, wood or plastic chips into the user's 30 gallon drum. Dusty materials such as absorbents are trapped by the 0.1 micron filter bag to keep the surrounding air clean. No motors to clog or wear out assures long life with virtually no maintenance. The Chip Vac is covered by a five year warranty.
The Model 6193-30 Chip Vac System includes a shutoff valve, filter bag, drum lid with locking ring, 10' (3m) flexible vacuum hose, aluminum chip wand, (2) extension wands, crevice tool, brush, skimmer and floor tool. Price is $551. More Chip Vac models are available to fit 55 and 110 gallon drums, along with a 5 gallon Mini Chip Vac and premium 55 and 110 gallon systems that all include drums.
