Measuring 0.375 x 0.250 in., VGX-3725WA high power aluminum nitride chip attenuator features wraparound terminals for solder or epoxy attachment and dissipates 100 W at 100°C baseplate temperature. Standard impedance is 50W and attenuation values to 30 dB are available with 0.5 dB increments. Attenuation accuracy starts at ±0.2 dB while achievable VSWR is 1.3:1 to 6 GHz depending on implementation.
