Portable DURACHILL(TM) Chillers are available with 1½-10 hp compressors and either air- or water-cooled condensers. They come equipped with user-adjustable temperature, pressure, and flow rate alarms as well as automatic condenser pressure cutouts. Models with 1½-3 hp compressors handle process temperatures from 5-35°C, while larger models can handle process temperatures of 0-30°C. Standard features include digital microprocessor temperature control and LED displays.

Chillers Provide Reliable Cooling for Industrial Applications
Niles, IL - A selection of high-performance chillers for industrial applications that require precise temperature control are now available from PolyScience. Designed to provide up to 114,120 BTU/hour heat removal, PolyScience DURACHILL(TM) Chillers are ideal for cooling industrial lasers, metalworking equipment, plastic molding machines, EDM equipment, and other temperature sensitive devices. These robust, portable units are available with 1½ to 10 HP compressors and either air- or water-cooled condensers.
For optimum process protection, DURACHILL Chillers come equipped with user-adjustable temperature, pressure, and flow rate alarms as well as automatic condenser pressure cutouts. Other standard features include digital microprocessor temperature control and large, easy-to-read LED temperature and pressure/flow rate displays. DURACHILL models with 1½ to 3 HP compressors are suitable for process temperatures from 41° to 95°F (5° to 35°C). Larger models can handle process temperatures from 32° to 86°F (0° to 30°C).
For application and installation flexibility, a wide variety of options and accessories are available on PolyScience DURACHILL Chillers. Typical options include wider process temperatures, remote control, DI compatible process piping, and higher output pumps. For added convenience, these rugged, portable units can also be equipped with process shutoff valves, recirculating pumps, tank level indicators, automatic and water makeup valves as well as other accessories.
